Condos West of Highway 17
For a much lower price in the Surfside Beach area, you can find 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condos on the West side of Highway 17 Business. The condo complex typically offer a maintenance free lifestyle to primary home owners, but offer a good long-term rental potential with lower Property Owner fees.
